Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at info@noyaubeauty.com within 14 days of delivery.

The hygiene-seal exception. Because Noyau products are cosmetics, this withdrawal right does not apply once the protective seal on a product has been broken, for health and hygiene reasons — this is a standard exclusion under Article 16(e) of the Directive. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within the 14-day window; opened products cannot, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us at info@noyaubeauty.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return process. Email info@noyaubeauty.com with your order number to start a return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval and process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
