Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship across the EU and to select additional countries. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland and shipped DDP (duties and taxes included in your order total — no surprise customs charges).

Launch timing. The Radicle Rose PDRN Collection launches 11.11. Orders placed before then are preorders — you're charged at checkout and your order ships on or around 11.11, with a 15% preorder discount applied automatically.

Delivery times. Once shipped, standard delivery is 2–5 business days depending on destination within the EU. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Order tracking. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent to your email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
