1. Who We Are

Noyau (noyaubeauty.com) is operated by Third Person Management L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any orders placed through it.

2. Products

We sell cosmetic products under the Radicle Rose PDRN Collection (Serum, Oil, Cream, and The Set). Product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or packaging shown on screen will be an exact match to the product received, due to display and photographic variation.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — and will notify you and issue a full refund if this happens.

Orders placed during the preorder period are charged at checkout and ship on or around the stated launch date (11.11), as noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in EUR at checkout. All orders are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) for EU deliveries — duties and taxes are included, so there are no additional customs charges on delivery. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping

See our [Shipping Policy] for delivery timelines, carriers, and coverage. We currently ship from our fulfillment center in Warsaw, Poland, across the European Union.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

See our [Refund Policy] for full details. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, subject to the hygiene-seal exception standard for cosmetic products (i.e., the protective seal must be intact).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Noyau name, logo, product photography, and written copy — is owned by Third Person Management L.L.C-FZ or used under license, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer protection law, including liability for defective products.

9. Governing Law and Your Rights as a Consumer

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer — those rights apply regardless of this governing law clause.
